KC Caviar Ltd starts Caviar production in a few days time from it's Sturgeon farm on the outskirts of Leeds.
This unique business is the only farm in the world, with a licence to produce no kill, socially acceptable sturgeon Caviar.
The farm will have 500 massive femaile sturgeon which will between them produce over 1 ton of Caviar every year.
